This was originally published in Japan, one in a series of photo
books covering major rock bands. It was then issued in Europe with a
brief biography by Chris Welch tacked on at the end.
Basically the book is a collection of photographs from four Japanese
photographers and libraries, covering the years 1968-1976. They are
printed more or less at random, and cover just certain shows or
events. You do get some rarely seen pictures, but they are not
described, dated or annotated. Great for fans yes, but a little dull
for casual buyers. It's now quite hard to find.
