There are other colour or sepia shots of the band, and a page for support act Kingfish. V2: Featured some different shots of Ritchie on pages 5 and 6.

24 pages. The front cover is the same as the All Night Long single sleeve. Full clour throughout. The inside pages consist of photos on a shoddy looking airbrushed background, and are printed on textured paper. 5 pages of ads, and 2 pages of pics of road crew members!

A4+ size. 20 pages. Coveriing all bands at the first Castle Donington 'Monsters Of Rock' festival. Rainbow get three shoddy pages in the inside. A two colour pirate programme for the show was also available, with the Rainbow section nicked from earlier tour programmes.

28 pages. Relies on photos from the album sleeve which form the background throughout. Lots of good photos, including some from promo video sessions. The last page contains a map showing the 1981 tour route.

LP size, 20 pages, colour throughout. Lots of black backgrounds make the programme look very dull, though the photo content is quite good. Some great Blackmore shots! Two pages for each band member.
