These pictures of Deep Purple Mk2 all come from singer Vicky Leandros' 45 minute 'Ich Bin' German TV special recorded in 1970. Purple made their entrance by breaking out of a reclining statue as 'Into The Fire' played, and then mimed to 'Speed King' in a set made up of car parts and bodies. (mondo bizarro...)
