"A big surprise for all, Joe's first show in Holland since Deep Purple 1991. Due to a cancelled concert in Hamburg, Alphen ad Rijn in Holland was pleased to welcome old AOR band Orleans with special guests Joe Lynn Turner and Jimi Jameson (of Survivor).

A small but very enthusiastic crowd enjoyed a great show full of improvisation. Orleans hits such as “Still the One” were mixed with oldies by Deep Purple, Rainbow and Survivor.  Woman from Tokyo, Hush, Smoke on the Water , Stone Cold and Street of Dreams were performed by Joe, who later joined in a mass jam of Eye of the Tiger. Joe Lynn told us that he was writing a new album and that we could expect something ' Rainbow-Rainbow' rather than ' Purple Rainbow'. " Rob Berting
