Notes
Rarity
grading is out of ten with 10 being rarest and based on collecting
experience, it does not reflect desirability. Some of the post
76 releases are now rarer as they sold in smaller quantities.
• Only three singles lacked picture covers,
at a period when EMI Germany was trying to cut back. For the
others, picture covers were often retained for the life of
the single.
• German sleeves were printed on thin glossy paper so
are harder to find in good or better condition.
• The UK style Purple label design
was abandoned after just one single because the centre areas
were normally punched out, spoiling the design.
• Information on any titles not
listed would be welcome.
• Reunion singles will be listed
in due course.
